For the fearful who have everything. Fear is a natural emotion. Everyday, everywhere for some reason we afraid of somethings. Minimal level of fear is okay for all. Still, when it crosses the limit, then the actual problem occurs. People with exaggerated fear try to avoid so many situations and then have some trouble to lead a healthy social life. Internally and externally, day by day, they become numb, and sometimes it can be seen that they are becoming patients with depression and many other mental disorders. But there is always a solution to overcome the fear. One has to remember one thing consistently –that the answer is own self to overcome all the anxiety.
For the Fearful Who Have, Everything-Minimal Level of Fear is okay to All
The fearful who have everything .Oh, my God! There is a cockroach…Oh, my God! There is a lizard. Oh no! There is a black cat ..Oh! I can’t live alone at home. I am fear of ghosts. These are some examples of anxiety.But if we look at these things we can see that these fears have no exact reason though it is okay. But when the fear of these things is getting trouble in one’s life, then it has to be overcome.
The fearful one has to understand that he owns can overcome the fear .yeah, it is right that if he can get some mental support for overcoming these fears, then it would be constructive, but if there is no such psychological support, then he own can overcome it. He has to understand that he has everything for winning the battle with fear. He has to find out the root and the cause of the doubt. Of course, for some reason, the concern is very much justified in some situations.
It occurs mainly from previous experiences. But in another case, when there is no valid cause for fear, then we have to find out the root of where it is coming. If we can find out the reason easily, then it will be more comfortable to overcome the fear. So The fearful one is more strong to overcome the fear.

Some times society makes fun of the fearful people. Then He becomes more shocked and becomes shy to have any help from the others. So sometimes the fearful one, gets victimized from the social pressure. They don’t want to share their fear. Sometimes it is seen that they become the victim of bullying, and it is more for school-going children. Then from childhood, they can’t speak about the fear, and one day they become depressed. As we know, everything starts at home, so at very first the parents should help their child to find out the root of the fear and then solve their problem to overcome it. Then the role of society comes .The society should also be helpful for the fearful ones. And last but not least, the fearful has to help himself to overcoming the fear.
